Illustration
Once everything is squared away with the client, I get to work. A rough sketch is shown so the client can tell me what needs editing. After it's approved, I dive in and get the artwork done (you can see my process in the video above).
Artwork goes for a final approval, and then comes the next step.

Printing
I home print the badge art on my art printer. Each badge is printed on cardstock with high quality inks!
After printed, the badge is rough cut out and glued to other pieces of cardstock in layers to give better support.

Cutting
Until summer 2018, I would hand cut every badge, which is obviously killer to my hands. All my badges are now set up and cut on my cutting machine, which allows for clean, professional edges and a wider variety of fun diecut shapes.
Lamination
All badges are passed through my heated laminator at least twice, punched, and hand cut.
Finish
Badges are examined for final quality control and then ready to be shipped out to their client!
