Can I request a physical card?

Due to how our site is set up, no. Codes are digital only, but you can print your digital code at home.

Do certificates expire?

No. Always good!

Do gift certificates cover shipping?

Yes!

Can I use more than one card on an order?

Yes! Gift cards can stack on an order.

Can I use less than the full card value on my order?

No. The full amount attributed to a card will always be applied.

Can I split a purchase with a gift certificate and my card if my order exceeds the value of my certificate?

Yes!

Can tickets be reloaded?

No. You must buy a new ticket.

Can I use gift tickets when checking out at an in-person event?

You can use them on digital preorders for show pickups, but at the actual event, no.

Can I set a specific date to send a gift ticket to someone?

No. If you want a gift ticket to remain a surprise, select the “mail to me” option upon purchase. From there you can email the code to your recipient or print out the code and give it to them.
